Return Policy

At James & Claire London, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, this document outlines our return policy clearly.

Return Conditions

  • You may only register a return once you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • Returning products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via info@jamesclairelondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address from our supplier (located in China).

  3. You will need to send the item back at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking and trace (track & trace).

Refund

Once we receive the item at the return address and approve the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days through the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
